REMEMBER: Always make a tee time to avoid conflict with events. Tee times will generally open up after a tournament. Not all tournaments will occupy the entire course. Some tournaments will use tee times and will not affect your tee time. Please call and we will be happy to assist you!

Hosting a Tournament

Tournament:

We welcome tournaments at FGC. We can accomodate up to 144 golfers for an 18 hole event and 72 for a 9 hole event. Tournaments held during the weekday offer the highest discounts. Whether you are organizing a fundraising tournament or just a family outing, we can help you plan your event to ensure that all participants are well taken care of.

On Course Games:

We will work with you to design games or a theme for your event.

Food Options:

We offer a variety of food options from burgers and brats to steak and potatoes. Give us a call to discuss menu options for your group or event. A total number of participants is needed 1 week prior to the event.

Beverages:

Please make sure that all participants are aware that due to insurance reasons, FGC does not allow carry-on beverages of any kind. We will have a beverage cart out for your group and ask that you please purchase your beverages form the cart. We appreciate your consideration and cooperation in this matter.

Beverage Tickets:

You can alson purchase beverage tickets for your event if you wish to give each participant a pre-determined number of drink tickets. Special pricing available.

Tabs:

You may start a tab during your tournament to charge beverages and snacks. A valid credit card will be held until the tab is closed. FGC accepts Visa, Discover and Mastecard. Tabs incurred on the day of the tournament must be paid that day. Gratuity is not included on any tab.
